Jane has over 25 years commercial accounting experience, primarily in the mining sector. Her background provides expertise in financial systems and cloud-based software and she is passionate about promoting and assisting small businesses, seeing them grow and develop. Jane works with a strong emphasis on customer service and delivering the right outcome to clients.
Tahlia Gardiner
Tahlia is a qualified CPA, a Fellow of the Tax Institute and Certified Xero Advisor and has been working in the accounting and tax industry for over 10 years. Her areas of expertise include but are not limited to, annual compliance, preparation of reports, tax planning strategies, new business start-ups and business structure advice.
Tahlia appreciates that each client’s business journey is unique and enjoys being part of the process. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Pat Linney
With 27 years’ experience in taxation and a further 10 years in office administration
Pat administers our self-managed superannuation funds and maintains the corporate records for those clients with companies and trusts. As part of a dynamic team Pat is strongly focused on delivering results for our valued clients.
Vanessa Wolf
Vanessa is an experienced bookkeeper and applies a practical approach to her work.
She is more than willing to assist clients with their BAS and bookkeeping queries, and she is proficient in all aspects of payroll and account management.
Jasmin Rennie
Jasmin welcomes all clients with a smile and is only too pleased to help with client enquiries. She enjoys getting to know the clients and will always go above and beyond to navigate client queries to the right person.
Imelda Bezgovsek
Imelda joined HBA in 2023 as an accountant specialising in taxation services, accounting and business advisory. She is focused predominantly on individual tax situations and small to medium sized enterprises whilst delivering quality and reliable advice to clients. Her qualifications include Bachelor Degree in Accounting and Diploma of Information Technology.
As a member of our team, Imelda has excellent taxation law knowledge and strives to achieve the maximum benefit to clients. She plays a key role in supporting business by managing and preparing financial statements and tax returns, forecasting and preparing tax planning strategies. Her dedication to providing accurate and reliable solutions is at the core of her professional approach.
Outside of work, Imelda enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, is a passionate traveller who enjoys exploring new destinations.
Lauren Tubman
Lauren is a CPA-qualified accountant with over 12 years of experience in public practice, backed by a degree in Accounting and Business Law. She has developed a strong technical foundation across a wide range of accounting and taxation services, with particular expertise in annual tax compliance, strategic tax planning, and complex tax consultancy. Lauren regularly advises on small business concessions and optimal structuring, helping clients maximise efficiency and minimise risk. She also has significant experience in supporting businesses with the insights they need to plan for sustainable growth. Known for her practical approach and attention to detail, Lauren is committed to delivering clear, tailored advice that adds real value.
